What if I’m really busy? How much time will this actually take each week?

The program is designed for real life. Most weeks you’ll spend about 30–60 minutes total — mainly checking in on your plan and making small adjustments. The group coaching calls are set for every two weeks but if you miss them, replays are always available. The rest is flexible so you can fit it around work, kids, and everything else.

How much will I have to spend on supplements, labs, or extras beyond the program fee?

Very little. Your lab test is included. Most women spend $50–120 on targeted supplements per month, based on the plan we make together. I aim to provide mostly whole foods solutions and supplements only as needed for specific cleanses and deficiencies.

I’ve worked with a doctor or coach before and it didn’t help. What makes this different?

This isn’t generic advice.
